岩倉秀麿 Iwakura Hidemaro
Yamanaka Lacquerware Artist. Studied under Tanemoto Tokujiro in 1948. Held solo exhibitions at galleries, department stores, and other venues. Received several awards, including the President's Award of the Association for the Promotion of Traditional Industries and the President's Award of the Lacquer Ware Union Cooperative Association.

Hanaikada maki-e is a maki-e technique that depicts cherry petals scattered on the surface of the water flowing together like a raft.
