Please note that due to the delicate nature of antique items, all returns must be received in their original, unmodified condition.

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific packaging instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original protective materials and crate to ensure it is shielded from damage during transit back to our gallery.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend using insured shipping for high-value antiques.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition against our archival records, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
