In Zen, it expresses 和 wa / harmony or peace. It has no beginning and end, you may judge as you like, it can be sometime seen as moon. Enso is a circle that is hand drawn in one or two uninhibited brushstrokes to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create.

無一物 Muichimotsu
Literally meaning is to have nothing or to have none. In short, Let go of all things you have or mind you think, and you'll get all things. Don't be afraid of losing and don't obsess about things you have, and then it will bring you all things.
