This pair of folding screens is composed of seasonal Sansui landscapes and flower-and-bird paintings. The flower-and-bird paintings depict cranes, waterfowl, pine trees, peonies, waterfowl, autumn leaves, sweetfish, sparrows, chrysanthemums, and bamboo. The style of the painting suggests that it dates from the end of the Meiji period to the early Showa period (1910-1940).
